You are eligible for a return and refund only if the product received is defective.
The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Process

Our team will verify the issue and, if applicable, issue instructions on how to return the product.
The return shipping cost will be covered by us if the product is confirmed to be defective.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
